About The Job

Job Title: Shopper Marketing Manager Impulse & OOH – FTC till end of Sept 2022

Location Danoners have the personal choice to decide where and how to work! Therefore, we support remote/flexible working for this position. Your place of work will be your home and your nearest Danone regional hub, balancing the nature of your role, the business and stakeholder needs. Danone hubs are located in London, Trowbridge & Birmingham.

We are recruiting for a Shopper Marketing Manager to deliver excellent execution within key Impulse customers. You will partner with key stakeholders internally responsible for managing and delivering the Shopper Marketing plans across all Danone categories.

Key accountabilities:

Analytics:​

– Analysis of shopper data and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer ​

– Monthly budget forecasting and reviews by category, adjusting accordingly based on data ​

– Ownership and delivery of campaign performance and target tracking​

Customer Engagement​:

– Nurture and manage your day-to-day customer contacts​

– Ensure we are the ‘supplier of choice’ by understanding best in class ways of working and consistently delivering against this ​

Project Management​

– Working closely with Sales and Marketing team to ensure the delivery of aligned and impactful brand messages at every touchpoint within specific customers​

– Working with a small number of customers to collaboratively plan and execute tailor-made shopper plans to budget, evaluating and adapting as necessary ​

– Responsible for the excellent execution of NPD in specific customers​

– Tracking of the key targets (e.g. activation ROI, shopper conversion, customer touchpoints) to deliver the plan, working across functions to execute​

– Delivery of each campaign by subchannel (e.g. main estate, convenience, online etc) to maximise ROI​

Team Engagement & Development​

– Being an active member of the Shopper team​

– Delivery management through setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes, engages the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day-to-day challenges​

Scope & impact of your role:

​- Managing a key Impulse Out Of Home customers (On Trade, Foodservice and Airlines) for all categories, delivering excellent shopper execution ​

– Driving ROI across all activations through both customers​

– Collaborative cross functional working to ensure customer centricity across all categories/ customers​

– Understands the wider business context and incorporate this in all decisions​

– Delivery management through setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes, engages the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day-to-day challenges

About you

– As a Shopping Marketing Manager, you will need to understand project management and have proven experience managing projects cross-functionally.

– You will be driving ROI across all categories, so it is essential to have excellent listening skills to gain the true needs of our customers and agencies with a good level of commercial acumen to deliver excellent shopper execution.

– The ideal candidate will think beyond scope before making decisions that can impact others and work autonomously to find solutions to challenges.

– You will need to be able to build a network and engage with others through clear communication.

– The ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer-centricity across all categories/ customers​ is essential in this role, as you will be engaging teams on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day-to-day challenges. ​

– Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
