Job Description
Weekly pay: $64,000 – $74,000 (40 hours)
DIRECT HIRE ROLE – ASAP Start Date!
Job Duties of job title:
A Home Health Nurse, or Home Health RN, is responsible for traveling to a patient’s home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. Their duties include administering at-home IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds and updating Doctors about their patient’s health.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of recent home care experience required
- BLS required
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the applied state
- Community health and a wide range of Medical-Surgical experience preferred
