We want to welcome Customer Experience Development Manager to join our high performing Product Development team.
To drive the business forward by identifying, designing, prototyping and launching major new retail and consumer finance propositions and significantly improving customer journeys (CX/UX) based on customer, partner and market insight.
The role holder will be closely involved in shaping the future of our offering; designing, developing and launching propositions, digital customer journeys and solutions.
Proposition development initiatives can include
- new products for existing, new or potential partners
- significant improvements to digital customer journeys and / or UX
- new channels / routes to market
- sourcing new products from 3rd party providers
- other customer or regulation oriented digital and infrastructure developments
You will be closely involved in shaping the future of our offering; and your key responsibilities will include creating concepts, defining experiences, developing detailed mobile first customer journeys and prototypes that bring the Customer Experience (CX) to life and developing significant improvements to the digital User Experience (UX).
To succeed, you must have experience of delivering great propositions based on customer insight, a good understanding of digital customer journeys and the ability to develop and deliver innovative solutions from concept through to real world commercial success.
Your job will involve a significant amount of stakeholder management; presenting propositions to all levels of our organisation to gain buy-in, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive towards success.
Proposition and product development
- Creation of distinctive, innovative consumer credit proposition concepts (often for retail and other partners) based on insight and market analysis
- Definition of new (finance) products and customer experiences based on research, stakeholder requirements, customer experience design, feature and requirements definition, business case etc
- Development of more detailed customer journeys and prototypes that bring the CX to life and help in the definition of detailed product requirements
- Presentation of propositions to all levels of the organisation in order to gain buy-in and commitment to developments
- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to drive new product development and innovation requirements across the product portfolio
- Ensure that all product developments comply with Legal, Regulatory and Conduct requirements
The role holder will refine and lead the governance and end-to- end delivery across Pilot, Testing, Launch
Skills
- Proposition & CX development skills including a good understanding & experience of:
o Different insight & research techniques
o Developing, refining & presenting new proposition ideas
o Planning and building customer journeys and digital prototypes
- Good understanding of digital CX development and UX best practice
- Stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness
- Customer centric approach
- Financial Services experience (ideal)
