I am currently working on behalf of one of the leading Nursing and Residential Home providers in the North to find an experienced and driven Home Manager for a large home in Warrington.
It is essential for the future Home Manager to have an active NMC pin. The home is built-up of specialist units and dementia units for those in need of more specific care.
The role:
As the Manager you will direct all aspects in the day-to-day running of the Home. Promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of specialised personal health and care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are adhered to.
You will supervise, monitor and evaluate the care delivered to residents, ensuring legal requirements are met along with the high standards expected within the group. Their foundations are built on 6 core values; Enjoy Life, Welcoming, Kind, Professional, Positive and Respectful.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have an active NMC pin (not essential)
- Will have extensive knowledge of dementia care
- Will have managed a large nursing home previously
- Will have a proven track record of high quality CQC reports
A relocation package may be discussed for the ideal candidate.
