We are currently recruiting a Nursing Home Manager to join one of our prestigious clients in Worthing, Sussex. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a very well established, luxury company who are opening a brand new purpose built Nursing Home. We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with experience of working in a managerial position. As the Nursing Home Manager you will have overall responsibility to oversee the day to day running of the Nursing Home working alongside a friendly and professional team.

Duties will include –

• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Nursing Home.
• Delivering Clinical leadership to the Nursing Home.
• Direct management of clinical and non clinical staff.
• Coordinating staff rotas.
• Responsible for general facilities management.

Candidates Must –

• Be an experienced RGN or RMN with some Managerial experience.
• Be a strong leader who can motivate others.
• Have a good understanding of CQC regulations.
• Be comfortable with managing budgets and cost control.
• Have excellent communication skills.
