Are you a creative and strategic Marketing Manager with proven experience driving PR and Communications? Want to play an instrumental role in the development and shaping of the Marketing department through an all-round marketing role?
As a Marketing Manager you will play an instrumental role in shaping all aspects of Marketing, PR & Communications with a cradle to grave approach.
Daily responsibilities
- The Marketing Manager is the brand guardian and will be responsible for the planning, delivery and reporting of all Marketing activity.
- The role is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated industry leading marketing campaigns and communications
- Responsible for highly effective brand and content strategies that support the company’s vision, mission and strategy to help market and position the organisation whilst supporting the business development efforts.
- Continually develop and create high quality, compelling content, both digitally and offline
- Take lead responsibility for mapping and overseeing all marketing activities throughout the organisation to ensure our marketing initiatives are clear, consistent, well-coordinated and not overloading our audiences.
- Promotion: Identifying company service & product USP’s and target message for active Market sectors
- Communications: External production and delivery of company (corporate, service & product) presentation, implementation and enhancement of existing customer satisfaction surveys
- Project management of corporate events, exhibitions and PR opportunities
- Lead generation: Investigating and reporting on opportunities within active market sectors with end-users and other stakeholders
- Planning; working alongside the MD in creating and reviewing the term marketing plans, objectives and KPI’s
About you?
- Experience as a Marketing Manager in a standalone role or similar
- Proven ability in driving PR and Communications
- Competent in brand and content strategy development
- Experience in Content development
- Creativity and innovation skills
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Great communication skills; experience of working with and delivering for internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to support and increase sales
- Experience of ensuring brand compliance across an organisation
The role
- Salary £36,000 – £40,000
- Parking on-site
- 20 days + BH
- 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri
- Office based role
- Location: Cradley Heath
