IWC – Sales Manager
(Permanent Full-Time)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
A retail focused approach to build the short and long term strategies which will enhance our final client experience through a consistent omni-channel brand partnered strategy with clearly defined sell-out driven initiatives.
Develop and increase the brand equity, visibility and retail sales of the defined territory through proper implementation of the agreed sales and marketing strategy per retailer to achieve the annual sales targets.
Specialists Management:
- Main point of contact between IWC UK and the defined specialists distribution. Manage and facilitate all aspects of the retail partner relationship
- Annual strategic plan per retail partner to achieve their monthly and annual retail sales targets; monthly follow-up with key stakeholders
- Organise an efficient territory coverage plan to ensure that all pos and key personnel within management, buying and store teams are seen on a weekly / monthly basis to develop strong commercial relationships
- Deliver a training and development programme for all retail store staff. Nominate the ‘IWC Ambassador’ within each pos to ensure an effective communication and brand focus is maintained to achieve the agreed results
- Manage ‘consultant’ store teams to deliver IWC retail standards and performance. Propose and follow up of all promotional / incentive activity
- Ensure that IWC has premium location and visibility per pos – both internally and externally.
- Assist account receivables recover outstanding invoice payments
Brand Strategy Implementation:
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager and their team to define, develop and implement the yearly marketing activity for the defined retail partners
- Work with Digital Marketing and Media Executive to optimise performance of retail partners e-commerce platforms and online channels
- Contribute towards the annual business plan to develop brand strategy and sales budgets for the following year
- Participation with events related to brand promotion or PR activity including W&W
Analysis & Reporting:
- Monthly / Quarterly reports for retail partners, detailing the activity by channel: store coverage; SOSI by store; marketing initiatives; trends and market / competitor activity
- Analyse retail partner stock, track and evaluate sell-out and sell-in by account to establish sell-out driven initiatives which increase stock-turn and efficient inventory
- Ensure that key lines and personalised model stock by pos are implemented and replenished.
- Prioritise allocations per retail partner to ensure demand is met and sales opportunities are realised.
- Manage Booster declarations and monitor stores monthly
- Monitor MyIWC registrations per store and send monthly reports on non-declaration
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Results driven sales professional, experienced (min. 5 years) in developing luxury brands through selective distribution channels, including retail with a focus on client experience
- Strong negotiator with Key Account experience and track record of sales achievement
- Strong communicator who is people orientated and socially adept
- Strategic approach to work and decision making
- Excellent analytical, organisational and presentation skills
- Highly flexible, self-motivated and independent working style
- Digitally literate, (MS Office; SAP)
- Fluent in English
