Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client to recruit for a Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home in Mansfield. The successful candidate will need to have experience as a home manager within a nursing home. The successful candidate DOES NOT have to be nurse qualified. You will be required to have nursing home management experience, along with CQC and local authority knowledge.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced home manager seeking a new challenge, and a chance to join a fantastic ever growing organisation. The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within a nursing home setting, having exposure of managing a medium sized service. While also having experience of improving/sustaining CQC reports, along with managing a large team. A nursing pin is NOT required for this role.

Interview Process
The interview process will be a two stage format.
Informal interview with the Operations Manager (Via Phone call)
Formal interview with the Managing Director and Operations Manager (Face-to-face)
Summary
My client are seeking an experienced Home Manager with exposure to nursing home management. In exchange my client are offering a salary of between £55,000 plus excellent benefits.
