Our leading construction client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team in Coalville (Can be hybrid working). Reporting in to the head of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing strategy and operations in addition to developing brand awareness and lead generation for the wider group. You will take a lead with regards to lead and demand generation strategy and ensure all tool and resources are effectively utilised and ultimately driving brand awareness by way of multi-channel marketing

Duties Include:
- Elaborate, submits for approval and implements the Digital Communications strategy (including all online platforms, marketing automation tools, social media etc.), in line with the overall company strategy and business plan priorities.
- Develop, manage and implement the yearly Digital Communications Activities Calendar & Budget.
- Overall responsibility to deliver all digital communications requirements for the business within the required quality, time and budget parameters.
- Provides expertise and counselling in all digital transformation projects or as required.
- Driving the digital content to improve natural SEO including creating original content to improve the performance of our websites.
- Manage all social media campaigns and day to day activities including online advocacy, writing editorial,
outreach activity, promotions all to create brand awareness. * Manage all PPC campaigns to drive relevant traffic to our websites including advert content writing,optimising copy and analysis. Take ownership of the PPC budget objectives and pursuing activity in order to achieve/exceed pre-set KPIs.
- Review and analyse our website, identifying areas for improvement and change relative to SEO.
- Develop SEO content to include strategic key phrase placement within compelling copy that
maximizes opportunities for indexing, ranking, click-through and conversion. * Assist the Marketing team with other marketing activities as and when required
Experience Needed:
- Experience with working on lead generation campaigns and new customer acquisitions
- Proven track record creating, delivering and measuring high profile communications plans and developing strong digital brand presence
- Min 3+ years’ relevant experience in digital communications
- Understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns
- knowledge of Google Ad Manager/PPC advertising
- Experience with paid Social Media
- Experience using email communication platform Mailchimp or similar
- Creative, with an eye for colour and design
- Confidence to actively pursue advertising opportunities
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in an evolving industry
- Copywriting / Content creation (desirable)
- Experience using CMS, ideally WordPress
- Adobe – Acrobat Pro DC, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
