Chef manager in the bustling Victorian town of Aldershot.
Ticehurst is a nursing and residential home on the outskirts of Aldershot providing professional, compassionate care in a friendly and welcoming environment.
As a Chef Manager, you will prepare well balanced nutritional meals and maintain records such as temperatures and daily kitchen diaries. You will be responsible for supervising the catering team along with managing and controlling the catering budget, leading a team that is flexible, efficient and organised.
As an active member of the unit management team you will be involved with the recruitment and development of kitchen staff and contribute towards improvements for our service users.
You will hold a basic food hygiene certificate and have previous catering experience.
