Job Description

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 pa Location: South East England,Buckinghamshire Job Type: Freelance Wonderful opportunity for someone with shopper experience from FMCG or retail background.

THE COMPANY Our client manages a portfolio of well know skin care and toiletry brands

THE ROLE As Assistant Product & Shopper Marketing Manager you’ll work with the Marketing Manager to implement brand plans and strategies that maximise growth opportunities for the segment taking into account consumer dynamics in North West Europe. As well as:

– Leading the development of annual brand plans that support overall current and future portfolio for UK, Ireland, Malta and the Nordics

– Co-ordinating and implementing the shopper marketing programmes across the portfolio and ensure that initiatives deliver in-store excellence and deliver positive ROI

– Champion and communicate all activation’s, brand plans and portfolio changes to the local sales teams and distributors

YOU To be considered for this Assistant Product & Shopper Marketing Manager role you will have marketing experience in an FMCG environment of a large major multiple or a major retailer as well as:

– Exposure to brand planning, BTU, Shooper marketing budget and market data analysis

– Commercially savvy who enjoys analysing performance & results

– Someone who likes to create and extend partnerships with other functions within the company and retailers

– Previous experience of using Nelson or II is desirable
