Account Manager Package:

Account Manager Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and its benefits in order to educate customers
- Manage a portfolio of customers from a variety of sectors within the North West- you will support existing customers securing retention and satisfaction, and ensuring their expectations are met and delivered
- Identifying opportunities in order to grow your customer base and product portfolio, building strong relationships with key decision makers in order maximise company profit and targets
- Increase revenue by maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities, contact and account histories
- Actively engage with clients at meetings, ensuring they’re aware of and are best placed to take full advantage of the company’s service offering
Account Manager Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis, and be able to hold your own with clients
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise your time
- Commercial acumen
