Senior Product Manager – Urology & Continence

Salary £35,000 – £40,000 DOE Plus excellent benefits package including private healthcare, contributory pension, life assurance and 25 days’ holiday plus BHs

Office Based in Buckinghamshire

Hours – Full Time Monday to Friday

Our client is a privately owned British company established in 1982, whose core areas include Stoma Care, Continence, Urology and Wound Care.

Our client’s strength is in providing a reliable and caring service for customers and introducing innovative new products to suit their continuing needs. They have a close working relationship with healthcare professionals in both the hospital and community setting by providing education and advice directly to patients. Our client has an award-winning home delivery service for stoma and/or continence supplies which prides itself on a friendly and efficient service to customers living in the United Kingdom. The benefits of this service include a Nursing support service for patients in their homes.

The Senior Product Manager will work within the Marketing and New Product Development team on projects across the Silicone and Wound portfolio. The projects will centre around the following areas:

• Marketing planning, strategy and execution
• Market intelligence and research
• Product launch and research
• Measuring effectiveness
• Working within cross functional teams
• Budget management

To be considered for this Senior Product Manager role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

• Experience as a Product Manager, Marketer or Brand Manager in the healthcare/medical devices market place is essential
• Excellent project management experience
• Excellent copywriting and proof reading skills
• Full clean driving licence with no more than 6 points
