Job Description
Randstad are currently working with a Group of specialist homes one of which is an 80 bed service specialising in supporting adults with a range complex needs including neuro-disabilities and mental health conditions based in Sheffield .
The Salary for the role is £36,000 per year
Hours
40 hours per week consisting of 2x 12 hours shifts and the rest Supernumerary
As Clinical Nurse Manager you will:
You will be a registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
You are well organised, able to make decisions and work on your own initiative whilst working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be up-to-date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
Most importantly you are motivated by helping every individual, whether colleague or service user, to realise their full potential and be treated with dignity and respect.
