Job Description

We are recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager in Walsall for a nursing home that provides 24-hour care to the elderly.

Location: Walsall

Salary: £19 ph – equates to a salary of £41,490

The shift pattern will consist of 3 x 10-hour shifts on the floor and 2 x 6-hour days supernumerary.

Working closely with the Registered Manager your focus will be ensuring the team are delivering outstanding person-centred clinical care to the people living within the home. A dedicated adult nurse with good leadership skills, you will enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge in order to develop others.

Professional Qualities / Requirements for a Deputy Manager:

Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin.

A clear understanding of CQC standards/ legislation.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Previous experience in a senior capacity (Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager) with good leadership skills.
