Contract Growth Manager – Market Insights & Analysis

Job Description

The role of Growth Manager – Market Insights & Analysis in WorldFirst is to collate customer & market insight for the purpose of growth intelligence.

In this role, you’ll go deep on customer insights, segmentation, and competitive analysis to really understand what makes our customers tick and discover new market opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing the product positioning, building go-to-market plans, researching and advocating for customers, helping shape the product roadmap, and owning the growth strategy for new customer-facing products and features.

You’ll run experiments in-product and work closely with marketing teams to improve our channel performance and test new routes to market.

You will work with operation teams to deliver highly impactful campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and engagement for WorldFirst’s products.

You will partner with a high-performing cross-functional team across Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, marketing and sales to achieve company goals and KPIs.

Examples Of Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product & Marketing to define customer market sizing, customer personas & product positioning to support effective product marketing.
  • Provide performance analytics to Product & Marketing including product in app and offline performance and marketing performance i.e. website, campaign performance, SEO performance, PPC performance etc.
  • Identify New market opportunities and build growth business strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing & product.
  • New product research, market fit and competitor insight
  • Understand competitive landscape and develop product and marketing tactics to take advantage of our strengths and minimize the risk of our weaknesses
  • Position our products in a way that captures their unique value
  • Create convincing communication strategies in which objectives, target groups, product messages, measures and channels are precisely defined
  • Develop product and market insights supporting Product & Marketing to build up short-term and long-term product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze digital customer acquisition channels, technical and structural set-up, customer journey and retention strategy
  • Have a deep understanding of problems and pain points, fully articulate and collaborate with Product & Marketing to provide a high-quality solution
  • Deliver customer performance and intelligence to marketing and product team in order to drive business growth objectives
  • Accountable for value proposition and prioritization

Key Capabilities:

  • Demonstrable experience in either B2B or B2C product, growth or consumer marketing in fast paced environment
  • Passionate about WorldFirst’s products and knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fin-tech or payments industry
  • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
  • A strong track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels – in-product, digital, PR and offline activations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product development
  • Extensive customer insights and research analysis skills
  • An analytical mindset and ability to gather insights and use them for decision-making
  • Curious about learning new ways of working and open to experimentation in order to bring about positive change.
  • Project management skills, can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic & global environment
  • High enthusiasm and motivation to work within a fast-paced, international environment
  • Positive disposition with high energy, self-directed, team player
  • Experience working with a global team and market.

Additional Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry or FinTech institutions (preferably in a hyper growth global tech company)
  • Experience in market research
