Contract Interim Marketing Manager

The Company: A long established charitable foundation with an impressive heritage and a global reach offering professional services to many vertical B2B markets.

The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Interim Marketing Manager to join this business on a 6 month FTC working a hybrid working pattern of part office, part home working. Candidates must be immediately available immediately for this project based position. Reporting into an Area Marketing Manager and Project Manager this role will be responsible for ensuring the success of a new product which provides small, low complexity businesses a great value, digital/self-serve route to certain certifications. This role will take ownership of the design and delivery of an integrated marketing plan for the project and continually optimise the marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the market plan to deliver business objectives and providing a framework plan that can be rolled out to other markets. The integrated marketing campaigns will include social media, PR, ATL and BTL activities.
  • Work with the sales teams and other key stakeholders to create the new comms plan, agreeing incentives, implementing reporting and ensuring a strong ROI.
  • Refresh the existing website to increase engagement, reduce bounce rate and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor the website to ensure copy is current
  • Participate in the expansion of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities
  • Support any rebranding required
  • Work with the product manager to deliver the roadmap including the delivery of new products and existing services
  • Review and refresh Google analytics capabilities. Ensure SEO optimisation on the relevant websites
  • Work across teams to ensure collaboration and contribution to the marketing, sales and operational function to support growth of the business in line with globally agreed strategic focus areas
  • Monitor and provide benchmarking and market feedback on competitor activities and performance

The Candidate: The ideal candidate for this Interim Marketing Manager will have demonstrable experience of B2B marketing, campaign management and online digital marketing. Strong communication skills at all levels of management, with an ability to present material in a way which is appropriate to the level of knowledge of the audience is essential. Knowledge of IT and digital technologies and knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and/or similar marketing and sales systems is ideal. You must also have a proactive approach to problem solving, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be results oriented and proactive.

As well as the salary of up to £45,000 pro rata there are excellent benefits which accompany the role.
