Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading care provider in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their small sized nursing home. My client is seeking a experienced home manager or a Deputy Manager with a proven track record that has worked in a small to medium bedded nursing home, with a CQC of GOOD in all areas.

The Candidate

The role is an exciting opportunity for an experience Home Manager seeking a new challenge and a chance to build their own team. The candidate is required to have previous Home Management experience nursing home, strong CQC knowledge and good relationship skills, able to market and drive private beds and as well a passion for Dementia care.

Requirements

Proven Home Management Experience

Nurse qualification – RGN or RMN or RNLD

Obtains a Management qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)

Understanding of the compliance guidelines

Genuine passion for elderly care

Dementia experience

Happy to assist on the floor

Marketing experience and strong business acumen
