POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a technical product manager to lead the strategy and planning for our Redjack network discovery and security analytics platform. We are looking for a product manager with a strategic business orientation and big picture understanding, with the drive, motivation and business accountability to lead our solution to the next level. This person will be a lead contributor to the ongoing product strategy, planning, and roadmap that will drive product growth and sustained product differentiation.
Your Job
- Develops new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user requirements.
- Conducts research and develops a good understanding of the customer’s needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
- Develops user stories, product requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
- Develops business plans for products and participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the market.
- Work closely with your R&D teams, UX/UI designers, knowledge owners, QA, marketing and service delivery teams to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction
- Listen and talk with prospects and customers to understand their needs, their pain points and propose solutions
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and sometimes bugs
- Defines the end to end capabilities that will provide differentiation in the competitive market
What you should have accomplished

- 7+ years of product management experience showcasing increase in scope and responsibilities
- 5+ years of cybersecurity industry experience, with network security and analytics is highly desirable
- This person will have deep experience driving product design.
- Solid understanding of core principles of product discovery, design, and delivery and launch.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze the security market, buyers and users, and is able to collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies and approaches
- Enthusiastic to do and learn anything
- Excellent communicator and can tell a story and present to various stakeholders
- Possess strong technical capabilities in network security applications
- Strong understanding of cyber resilience use cases, NOC and SOC workflows, and behavioral analytics
